All orders are dispatched ASAP
We use Australia Post eParcel and several couriers for all of our deliveries. Generally, delivery may take place within 1 to 3 business days within major cities and towns, and up to 5 and 7 business days for other areas, however, it may take more during the busy season, so it is always wise to stock up first before running out.
Express Post Service
You may just add an additional $9.90 on top for your purchases and it will be sent via the fastest express delivery network available to your location.
Backorders
We endeavour to have all products in stock, however, sometimes, for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order in the standard schedule, we will notify you within 2 business days and will provide you an estimated dispatch date, and you may decide to wait or get a full refund. If this happens, we do apologise in advance for any inconvenience that may be arised.
- Address details that are incorrect or insufficiently supplied may incur a redelivery fee
- If you have given authority to leave goods without a signature, please ensure it is safe to leave the item on the designated area on your delivery address
